This is my cover of Walk On The Wild Side by Lou Reed. One of the significant things I like about this song is the dual bass guitar parts. Instead of doing the fast rhythm guitar parts I decided to add more percussion to carry the beat. I enjoy changing songs to fit my style and abilities. I bought a studio multi-track version of this song and used their drums, sax and backing vocals. There is an orchestra string section on the original song but I decided to use my Ebow on a track to simulate the strings.
