Cinnamon Girl (2026): D/104
This is my cover of Cinnamon Girl by Neil Young and Crazy Horse. I love the main riffs in this song. The gitars are tuned to Double Drop D and that gives the song a great droning quality. Neil played his part as he usually did...varied and bit wild. Danny Whitten (RIP) played a more consistent track. I tried to replicate each of their tracks as best I could with Neil's part panned full left and Danny's panned full right. I bought a multi track recording done by studio musicians and used their drum track and some of their background vocals.
